All ballon packages and backdrop packages are customizable to fit your theme or desired colors, except for Chiara arch backdrop panels, which are available only in white, black, or nude. Any other color selection for Chiara arch backdrop panels incurs an additional charge of $25.

-All packages include delivery and setup. Please allow us at least 2 hours to set up.

-For deliveries outside of Smith County, a fee of $2 per mile will be charged for the round trip.

How to book

  1. Contact us by call or text us at 903-312-4773. You can also email Theballoonaireclubtx@gmail.com with your chosen package and any customizations.

  2. We will then gather the details needed for delivery and setup, as well as your preferred contact method for your invoice. (Your invoice will include your chosen customizations for the package as well as payment collection.)

  3. A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. We will send you your invoice again via phone or email the day before your event for the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is not paid by then, we will not provide our services.
